Every month, we’ll spotlight one member of the Sweet Pond community who has made the Pond a little more fun, chaotic, welcoming, or memorable.

Think someone who’s always hanging out, making everyone laugh, supporting the Pond, helping others, bringing the chaos, or just being an all-around awesome Duckie? Nominate them!

You can nominate yourself or another Duckie. 🦆💜

There are no strict rules — just tell us why you think they deserve a spot in the Pond spotlight!

By submitting a nomination for Ducky of the Month, you agree to the following:

🪷 How It Works

• Ducky of the Month is a monthly community spotlight for the Sweet Pond.
• Anyone in the Sweet Pond community may submit a nomination, including nominating themselves.
• All eligible names submitted during the nomination period will be entered into a randomized drawing.
• One winner will be randomly selected each month.
• The random selection is made by Sweet and is not based on popularity, number of nominations, or any other ranking.

🦆 Eligibility

• You may submit a nomination once every month.
• If you are selected as Ducky of the Month, you will be ineligible to win again for 6 months from the month you were selected.
• Being nominated does not guarantee that you will be selected.
• Multiple nominations for the same person do not give that person additional entries in the drawing. (I recommend this one—it prevents people from trying to stack nominations.)
• Sweet reserves the right to remove nominations that are spam, inappropriate, offensive, or otherwise unsuitable for the Sweet Pond community.

📸 Winner Photo

• The selected Ducky of the Month will be contacted by Sweet to request an image for their spotlight.
• The winner may provide a headshot, photo of themselves, a pet photo, an avatar, or another appropriate image they’d like to use.
• By voluntarily submitting a photo, you give Sweet permission to use that image as part of the Ducky of the Month feature on the Sweet Pond website, stream, and related Sweet Pond social/community content.
• No photo is required to participate. If the winner chooses not to provide one, or does not respond to the photo request, Sweet may use a placeholder image instead.
• Please only submit photos that you own or have permission to use.

💜 Community Guidelines

• Keep nominations kind and respectful.
• Please don’t submit private, sensitive, or personal information about another person.
• Nominations should be made in the spirit of celebrating members of the Sweet Pond community.
• Sweet reserves the right to exclude a nomination or decline to feature a selected winner if doing so would conflict with community guidelines or safety.

🎉 Winner Contact

• The selected winner will be contacted using the information they provided with their nomination or through an appropriate Sweet Pond community channel.
• If the selected winner cannot be contacted or does not respond within a reasonable period, Sweet may select another eligible winner.
• The winner may decline the spotlight.

📋 Final Notes

• Ducky of the Month is a community spotlight and random drawing, not a contest based on skill, popularity, or voting.
• The monthly selection is final once the winner has been chosen.
• By submitting a nomination, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to these terms.
